ROBERT’S HARVARD EDUCATION DAY#6 “Why Do I Travel With This Woman?” or “Is Anyone Listening?”

Today is getaway day.  We had a wonderful time in Boston but 40 degree temperature (72 in Los Angeles) will keep me on the west coast.

Going through TSA presented its usual challenge.  As usual Patrice was stopped.  I don’t know what the deal is with this woman.  When we fly internationally she is always singled out for extra scrutiny (something about her fingerprints not matching).  On our way here from LAX they questioned the size of her carry on luggage.  To me it looked the same size or even smaller than mine and many other passengers entering the aircraft.  And today was not different.  TSA insisted that she had too many bags.   So she then put her purse in her carry on and we were on our way.

Is this woman on the TSA No Fly List?

Clearly a risk to USA security.

No comments to yesterday’s post?  Are you getting bored with me?  Can’t blame you if you are.  If not, I love to hear your comments so please let  me know what you are thinking, even if it is “Robert, who cares what you have to say!”

Back to reality and work tomorrow.

  1. blockquote, div.yahoo_quoted { margin-left: 0 !important; border-left:1px #715FFA solid !important; padding-left:1ex !important; background-color:white !important; } Doctor,  A friend of mine who works at LAX said the TSA give extra time to attractive women.  They are the ones called out of line for extra scurtiny.

  3. Marjorie and I have always had concerns about Patrice. Who changes their name every few years? We forgot how much we love Boston and will include it in our next East Coast (Summer) visit.

  4. Tell Patrice she is in good company. Becky got pulled out of TSA preceheck on our way to Memphis on Thursday and on our way back yesterday. She has that criminal look about her

  5. Robert,

Sign up for Known Traveler so you will always get TSA Pre Check (tsa.gov/precheck). It should eliminate this crap. Otherwise, fly private.

  6. Actually, I thought you look like the criminal. Maybe a new Bonnie and Clyde. I thought I commented yesterday. Not bored, just full from so much eating.

  7. Doc,

Love the posts but we are on a cruise up in Nova Scotia. You think you had bad weather, try 30 mph winds on a small cruise ship. I’ll send you a pic of my Wharton “diploma” when I get home in early Nov.
