BBQ and Baseball Tour 2018 “Unfortunate End to a Wonderful Trip”

Unfortunately our trip must come to a premature end. Rae Elster, Patrice’s mother, died last night at her home. Followers of this blog who knew Rae, are aware of what a special woman she was. Those of you who did not know her missed a very special person. She will be sorely missed by everyone. She was 91.

Patrice and I are ending our trip today and returning home.

  4. Patrice, sorry for your loss, safe travels, thanks, and prayers. We hope to see you next year, oh BTW, Trump got Bibi to declare all Memphis BBQ kosher in exchange for the embassy move, so your soul is secure Ribert!

  7. Our very very sincere condolences to Patrice and all the family. She was such a warm, kind and genuine person—no matter the infrequent times she saw the Falconers—she was ALWAYS sincerely interested in hearing updates on our family. Special hugs to Patrice. When we lose our parents we lose a little piece of our heart.
